Planning a future holiday…

Well….since I am moving from WA to Canberra at the end of this school year, awesome holidays are temporarily on hold! At least until we both build up some more annual leave. Options that are currently being tossed around for mid to late next year are:

– Japan

– New Zealand

– Canada because I have never been and some of the scenery….woah

– Western Europe (I would love to go back to Paris and Rome and B has never been)

– Somewhere completely new! Peru? We would both like to go to Peru. I am open to suggestions on new and amazing places to visit overseas though! Fill me with your wonderful knowledge…

In the mean time I will just have to settle for a week away somewhere in Australia in the January 2015 holiday break. Considering a trip to Tasmania! Have never been and it looks beautiful πŸ™‚ what do you think Anna? Would Percy enjoy Tassie?

To keep my love for wonderful holidays burning here are some recent photos of the beautiful snow (and delicious food halfway up a mountain) in Thredbo:

Ooh ooh we’re in Sydney for a few nights in December (and cruising on an amazing ship to New Zealand :P) and it would be awesome to catch up there! Plus we’d looove a babysitter one night so we can go out for a date night πŸ˜‰
Sydney is an awesome place to visit πŸ™‚

Tempting! Except the babysitting bit haha. We are in perth December 23rd – jan 2nd. We do need to try Sydney again as B still hasn’t really made it much further than the airport πŸ™‚

You should come to Canberra :p it’s not that far from Sydney!

  2. Yes he totally has to go to Sydney. Drag him to the zoo, he loves that shit. We’re just there a day either side of our cruise (8-9 and 20-21 Dec) and then back to Perth. Canberra will be on the list of places to visit now though!

Ahaha I am already threatening him with an annual pass to the national zoo so I can go visit the bears whenever I want to. Poor guy. Oh boo…you definitely have to come see me! Canberra is nice as a tourist with all the cool museums and you’ll love the rock garden :p
